- European Union: 10-15 business days
- International: 10-20 business days

International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. Please be aware of the following:

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is correct. Murano Art Italy is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you need to update your shipping information, please contact us immediately at muranoartitaly@gmail.com. Once your package has been shipped, changes to the delivery address may not be possible.
Shipping Damage and Lost Packages
