Description
Fantastico vaso in vetro Murano è realizzato con murrina millefiori. Quest’opera è unica al mondo per la sua combinazione di colori, eleganza e raffinatezza. Ogni vaso è diverso l’uno dall’altro per posizionamento della murrina e misura, in quanto realizzato artigianalmente.
La tecnica con cui è realizzato è molto antica, risale ai primi del 900 e attualmente viene praticata solamente nell’isola di Murano, dai maestri vetrai Muranesi. Questo tipo di lavorazione così difficile e rara è stata tramandata di padre in figlio, per centinaia di anni, e tuttora rimane l’unico sistema per creare una vera canna in vetro di Murrina Veneziana, ripetendo oggi come centinaia di anni fa gli stessi passaggi e lo stesso sistema artigianale, per poter produrre un vetro così unico e originale nel suo genere. Ecco perché sta diventando sempre più difficile e raro trovare degli articoli realizzati in vero Vetro di Murrina Veneziana.
Un piccolo ma elegante e vivace vaso, che può essere usata come decorazione per qualsiasi ambiente.

Murano glass, coloured with minerals and worked entirely by hand in Murano, Venice. Each sheet is cut, layered and fired in the kiln, piece by piece.

Size & care
Sizes are approximate: every piece is shaped by hand, so dimensions can vary by a few centimetres from one piece to the next.
Dust with a soft, dry cloth. If needed, clean gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive products, the dishwasher and sudden changes in temperature.
Shipping & returns
Timing depends on whether your piece is in stock. If it is, it leaves Italy as soon as it is packed. If it is not, we make it by hand for you: this takes from 2 to 6 weeks, the time the kilns and the handwork need. Either way, we will take care to get it to you as quickly as we can.
