Shipping & delivery

Every Murano Art Italy piece is made by hand in Murano, Italy, and travels to you fully insured.

Fully insured shipping

All our shipments are covered by insurance. Delivery by courier includes careful packaging, transport and insurance against theft, damage or loss during the journey, at no risk to you. Every parcel is tracked, and you will receive the tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves Italy.

Delivery times

Pieces in stock: worldwide delivery usually takes 7 to 14 days, because every order is checked and packed by hand before it leaves our workshop.

Pieces made to order: if the piece you choose is not in stock, our artisans in Murano create it for you by hand. In this case delivery can take more than one month. Glass fusion requires several firings in the kiln and slow cooling, and we never rush this process: it is what makes every piece unique. We will keep you updated by email on the progress of your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs, if any, are not included in the product price. They are calculated and shown at checkout, before you confirm your order, and are also included in your order summary.

If your piece arrives damaged

We guarantee the integrity of every product until it reaches you. Please check your parcel on delivery, in front of the courier if possible. If the piece arrives damaged, take a photo of the product and the packaging and report it to the courier and to us at muranoartitaly@gmail.com. We will replace it with the same or a similar piece as soon as possible.
