Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the situation and rectify the issue.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, the quickest way is to first return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with all returns, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 30 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
