Klimt - Danae - Painting

Klimt painted Danaë in 1907–08: the mythological princess curled in a shower of gold, one of the most sensual works of his Golden Period.

Here the painting becomes a Murano glass picture with gold leaf, set in a wooden frame and made piece by piece by our glassmakers in Murano, Italy. Hang it on the wall like a painting and let the light play across its surface.
